Stop thinking! Depression is a very real problem which gives physical manifestations. Leaden feet, tiredness, insomnia etc. I am not belittling it (of course I'm not, it ruined my life), but give yourself a break.

The moment your brain strays back to your concerns, stop it in its tracks. You have a lifetime to think things through but your brain is an organ like any other and it sometimes needs a rest. If you manage this exercise for an hour, why not see if you can keep it up all day?
